One of the hotels down in Wakiki shoots off fireworks every Friday evening. We go down there every so often, eat dinner, and stay to watch the fireworks. This night was just a great night to do it. Here are some great pictures we took that night.

Sea Life Park
Before Eric left we decided to take a visit to Sea Life Park. Sea Life Park is Hawaii's version of Sea World but at a MUCH smaller scale. One of the reasons we decided to go was because through the military tickets they had a special that you could do the dolphin encounter and it was only $59. Big Eric was hoping that we would be able to swim with the dolphins but it was getting in the water with them, touching them, giving a kiss. I thought it was WAY cool; maybe next time we can swim with them.
Unfortunately we don't have any pictures of the encountering with the dolphins (we didn't want to pay the price for the picture that Sea Life Park took) but I'm posting pictures from our time there.

The Brown's Came to Visit
Ok, so this post is WAY overdue. I thought I had posted about it back in March right after she left but I guess I didn't.

Big Eric's New Hobby
While big Eric was out little Eric was playing in the water. He was having a great time just running into the water and then jumping on the boogie board. I was there taking pictures using the sport feature and boy do I love it because I caught him getting his boogie board caught in the sand and flipping over it. It was great!

Last Couple Weeks of School
MAY DAY CELEBRATION
The last couple weeks of school little Eric had lots going on. The school had their May Day celebration (I guess it is a tradional Hawaiian thing; they teach the kids Hawaiian dances/songs and have a royal court and all. It is quite interesting. The kindergartaners were so cute in their 2 songs.
FIELD DAY
Also before school ended they had field day. Now it wasn't field day like I remember. Here it was like a giant PE. Little Eric had a blast though so I'm happy.
