Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass...
It's about learning to dance in the rain

Maybe in another lifetime

Little Eric was given this little figurine. At one point of time the boy was holding a golf club but it has since broken off. Little Eric still wanted to keep it and it sits on his shelf. Just remember that as you read this next story.
We were driving home the other night and we passed by the golf course that is by our house. Little Eric says to me as we are passing it
Eric: Mommy when am I going to start taking golf lessons again?
Me: What?
Eric: When am I going to take golf lessons again?
Me: You have never taken golf lessons before.
Eric: Well I have the trophy at home.
After laughing pretty hard I had to explain to him that it was not a trophy just a figurine and that he had never taken lessons before. You would think that he would have remembered taking them.
Just another funny -
We were passing Hooters the other day on our way to a different restaraunt. As we were passing it little Eric asked me what restaruant it was. I told him that it was called Hooters. He then asked me if we could go there one day and see if they have pizza. If only he knew.

That's funny!! Kids are so smart.

Most of Dylan's trophies have some kind of break on them - they sure don't make them last even know they are for little kids. Guess that's why we only pay $5 for them!

I'm having fun reading your blog! This story especially makes me laugh, because Aloysius, who is 2 1/2 noticed a large Hooters billboard with the girl on it and said, "silly girl take her clothes off." Nice, eh? Luckily, they've changed those billboards to just be the logo with the owl.
