I like this time of the year from many reasons but one of them is because the hockey season starts. Eric got me into hockey 5 years ago and we have been going since. The game just isn't the same without him. Hopefully we will be able to catch a few games before we go to Hawaii.

who is that playing hockey? Is Eric playing again this year? The first FireAntz homegame is Friday - Halloween night. Not sure if we'll go to that one, or on Nov 1. My boys started their youth hockey league a couple weeks ago. It's so fun!
It's the Cottonmouths playing. Last weekend they had an exabition game againest Huntsville and they had their opening day last night againest Huntsville and lost. We didn't go but went to the game tonight and they won in overtime againest Knoxville.
Eric is playing - at least until we move (which we will do once our house rents out) so hopefully he can catch a few practices. But they do have year round hockey in Hawaii - go figure!
