Today my sweet little boy turned 5. I can't believe where all the time has gone. It seems like just yesterday I was bringing him home from the hospital and snuggling all day with him. He is the cutest little boy and I am so lucky to be able to be his mom.
We didn't do too much today. Just a normal day for us. Although he did tell me that it was his birthday so he could do what he wants. :) This weekend I think we are going to go to Chuck E Cheese and invite a family with 2 kids who are just older and just younger of Eric that we met at the hotel. Eric thought we were going today and I explained to him that no we weren't going until this weekend. He then thought that his birthday wasn't today but it was Friday. I had to explain to him that even though his birthday was today we aren't going to celebrate it until Friday.
We let Eric choose what he wanted for dinner and he chose French Toast and sausage. I then made a Rice Krispies cake and we had a fun little birthday here. Once I get the pictures uploaded I will get them posted.
Just a little side note - Eric keeps telling us that when he turns 8 he will get a TV in his room. I'm not sure where he got that age from but I think it is so funny.

My oh my, where has the time gone? I remember when his Daddy turned 5 years old! Little Man you are so grown up! We love you!
