I think I found my favorite beach! Kailua Beach is located on the east side of the island. It is always windy so this beach is very famous for wind surfing. The day we went here it was awful outside - rainy, VERY windy, and even kind chilly. None of us wanted to swim except our little fish Eric who doesn't care how cold it is outside or how cold the water is. The water was actually not too bad it was just nasty outside. We came here on Catie and Brian's last day so I felt bad that the weather was so crappy. I'm anxious to go back on a nice day to see how it actually is.

Everything looks like lots of fun! The turtle looks HUGE! I'm so glad that you can get out and see some of the beautiful places around you right now, just think, in only a short amount of time, little Eric will be in school and you can read a book on the beach every day, right? :)
