We went and visited Pearl Harbor. It was a very sombering experience. When you go there you watch a movie that tells about it (which I thought was very interesting and I learned a lot. I guess my education didn't teach me enough about it......or i slept through that day j/k). Than you take a ferry shuttle over to the memorial. The memorial sits on top of the USS Arizona and looking down in the water you can see parts of the ship. On one of the sides you can look down in the water and still see what I think is oil from the ship in the water. Here are a few pictures from it.
